OUR RING WARRANTY:

Your ring is a delicate piece of jewelry. It is meant to be a piece that will last with proper care and consideration. It is made from a metal that is malleable, and therefore you should take precautions when deciding in what situations you will wear your ring, and in what situations where it might not be advisable.

  • 5-Year Center Stone Warranty: Your center stone is meant to last a lifetime, and we don’t expect any issues. However, we provide a 5-year warranty in case of unexpected damage. If your stone chips, cracks, or has other issues, we will replace it at no cost. This does not cover excessive force or accidents, such as the ring being run over by a car, dropping the ring from a significant height onto a hard surface, or slamming your hand against something with force. ***This also does not cover your stone being lost. We highly recommend insurance for those situations.

  • 1-year Setting Warranty: This warranty is on the ring setting itself, covering any repairs needed due to regular wear and tear including: a prong lifting, a small stone falling out, other minor structural issues caused by normal daily wear. Issues from lack of regular maintenance do not fall under this warranty. We also do not cover issues that are due to lack of precaution when wearing your ring when it could potentially get damaged - i.e. working out, manual labor, repeatedly using gloves, forceful actions, etc.

  • This warranty does not cover excessive or intentional damage, such as bending the ring out of shape, twisting or forcing the stone in its setting , snagging the ring on something with enough force to pull the setting out of alignment, damage requiring a full remake of the ring.

  • Other things that void our warranty:

    -Any work done by another goldsmith, including resizing, re-setting, re-shaping, etc. or any other alterations

    -Identifying a repair need and failing to send the ring back for immediate repair

    -A ring ordered as a setting only

    -A ring that needs to be re-sized more than one full size bigger or smaller

    -Any band less than 2mm wide or that goes against our structural recommendations

    -Any ring that has been resized that has stones in the band

    -Refusal to send a ring in for us to assess the situation

  • Ready to Buy rings: these come with a 30 day warranty ONLY, unless you purchase the extended warranty which then gives you a one year warranty.

  • Our warranty repairs do not cover any shipping costs except what it costs for us to send the ring back to you via USPS priority mail. You are responsible for all shipping costs for your warranty.
